Take 1/4 oz. daily or as directed by physician. You may wish to double the dose to 1/2 oz. the first ten
days for maximum effectiveness.
1/4 oz. is equivalent to 1.5 teaspoons. To measure this accurately, Syn-flex includes a "measuring
reservoir." To use this, simply open the right cap and squeeze until the level of liquid reaches reaches the
desired measured amount. There is a 1/4 oz. and 1/2 oz. marker on the bottle.
Then proceed to close the right cap and open the left. Syn-flex has a slightly tart, green apple flavor. You
may take it with a favorite drink or straight from the bottle.
Pour the contents in the measuring reservoir either into your drink or onto a teaspoon and ingest the
liquid.
You may wish to keep a journal of how you are feeling each day after beginning taking Syn-Flex. We
have had cases in which relief is felt within a week. The great majority of users experience this relief
within ten to fifteen days. In severe cases, in may take up to a month of daily usage to end the pain and
halt the progression of your Osteoarthritis.
Side Effects, Interactions, Contraindications

If you are allergic to shellfish you should not be using glucosamine products at any time.
If you are pregnant or lactating you should consult your physician before beginning to take

Very High dosages of glucosamine may cause gastric problems, nausea , diarrhea, indigestion,
and heartburn. Glucosamine should be taken with meals to help avoid these problems. If this
occurs, split up daily dosage between morning and evening.
